  1. Develop and implement creative and strategic visual merchandising plans that align with the company's overall retail strategy.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying and marketing, to ensure cohesive and impactful visual merchandising across all product categories.

  5. Manage and allocate budget for visual merchandising projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide feedback and training to store teams.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source materials and props for visual displays.
  8. Ensure all visual displays adhere to company guidelines and safety standards.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits through visual displays.
  10. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for future visual merchandising plans.
  11. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of visual merchandising team members.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers through innovative and effective visual merchandising techniques.
  13. Represent the company's brand and values in all aspects of visual merchandising.
  14. Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in visual merchandising and make recommendations for implementation when appropriate.
  15. Collaborate with store management to ensure visual merchandising is aligned with store layout and traffic flow.
