  1. Lead and inspire a team of visual merchandisers to create engaging and impactful displays that enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.
  2. Utilize your keen eye for design and knowledge of retail trends to constantly update and improve the visual aesthetic of our stores.
  3. Develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and meet company goals.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective visual representation of merchandise.
  5. Train and develop team members on merchandising techniques, company standards, and visual storytelling.
  6. Monitor and maintain visual standards and ensure consistency across all store locations.
  7. Regularly review and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about product placement and displays.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies to keep our stores at the forefront of the market.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with store managers to ensure alignment of visual merchandising with overall store goals.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the visual merchandising team, promoting creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Creative Skills: The Manager, Visual Merchandising Should Possess Excellent Design And Visual Skills To Create Attractive And Eye-Catching Displays In The Store.

  • Experience In Retail Merchandising: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment, With A Proven Track Record Of Increasing Sales Through Effective Displays.

  • Leadership And Team Management: The Manager Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Visual Merchandisers, Providing Guidance, Training, And Motivation To Achieve Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Trends And Market: A Good Understanding Of The Current Retail Market, Consumer Behavior, And Trends Is Essential For The Manager To Develop Effective And Relevant Visual Merchandising Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Manager Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With The Store Management, Buyers, And Other Departments To Execute Visual Merchandising Plans Effectively.
