  1. Develop and implement creative and visually appealing displays in accordance with company standards and brand guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and store operations, to ensure cohesive and strategic merchandising plans.
  3. Train and lead a team of visual merchandisers in executing merchandising strategies.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate store layouts and displays, making adjustments as needed to optimize sales and customer experience.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Macy's remains at the forefront of visual merchandising.
  6. Manage and allocate budget for visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  7. Conduct regular store visits to assess visual presentation and provide feedback and guidance to store teams.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials and props for displays.
  9. Oversee the execution of window displays and other special visual projects.
  10. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for visual merchandising strategies.
  11. Adhere to visual merchandising standards and guidelines set by the company.
  12. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
  13. Collaborate with store management to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
  14. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for all visual displays.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve visual merchandising techniques and processes to increase store performance and customer satisfaction.
