  1. Lead a team of visual merchandisers to create visually appealing displays that showcase Macy's products and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  2. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with Macy's brand and drive sales.
  3. Train and mentor visual merchandising team members to ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all store locations.
  4. Collaborate with buying, marketing, and store management teams to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into visual merchandising strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about visual displays and product placement.
  7. Maintain visual standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
  8. Manage inventory and supplies related to visual merchandising.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback and guidance on performance.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes creativity and teamwork.
  11. Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising execution and provide feedback to store teams.
  12. Serve as a brand ambassador for Macy's and uphold company values and standards.
  13. Handle any customer complaints or inquiries related to visual merchandising.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve visual displays and processes.
  15. Collaborate with store management to ensure timely execution of visual displays during store renovations or new store openings.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Through Effective Visual Merchandising Strategies And Execution.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Visual Merchandising Trends, Techniques, And Best Practices.
