1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with Macy's brand image and drive sales.
2. Lead a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure consistent and high-quality visual presentations across all stores.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying and marketing, to understand upcoming trends and promotions and incorporate them into visual displays.
4. Manage the overall visual presentation of our stores, including window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store displays.
5. Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are being met and provide feedback and training as needed.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and incorporate them into Macy's displays.
7. Plan and execute seasonal and promotional floor sets, ensuring merchandise is displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
8. Manage inventory of visual props and displays, coordinating with vendors for timely delivery and maintenance.
9. Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions about merchandising strategies and make adjustments as needed.
10. Train and educate store associates on visual standards and techniques to maintain an elevated shopping experience for our customers.
11. Monitor and maintain visual presentation budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
