  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the overall brand image and drive sales.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, marketing, and store operations, to ensure cohesive and effective visual displays.
  3. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  4. Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain visual standards, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  5. Plan and execute store remodels and floorset changes according to corporate guidelines and timelines.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust visual displays accordingly.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously innovate and improve the visual experience for customers.
  8. Manage and maintain inventory of visual merchandising props and supplies.
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols related to visual displays.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to visual merchandising associates.
