  1. Develop and implement creative and visually appealing displays in accordance with Macy's brand standards and current trends in the fashion industry.
  2. Collaborate with store managers and merchandising teams to plan and execute visual strategies that drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  3. Ensure that all displays are set up accurately, efficiently, and within specified deadlines.
  4. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency across all store locations.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in the selection, ordering, and placement of merchandise to optimize sales and create a cohesive visual story.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies to continuously improve and innovate Macy's displays.
  7. Manage and maintain visual merchandising budgets and expenses.
  8. Hire, train, and supervise a team of visual merchandisers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  9. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure visual displays align with promotional and marketing campaigns.
  11. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  12. Adhere to budget and expense guidelines set by the company.
  13. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management to provide updates, recommendations, and strategies for improving visual merchandising.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve visual merchandising processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent Macy's brand and values at all times and act as a role model for visual merchandising best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Visual Merchandising, Fashion Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Environment.

  • Strong Visual And Creative Skills With A Keen Eye For Detail.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Through Effective Visual Merchandising Strategies And Execution.
