  1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies and guidelines in alignment with the company's brand image and standards.
  2. Lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective execution of visual merchandising plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as buying, marketing, and store operations to ensure cohesive and impactful visual presentations that drive sales and promote the brand.
  4. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure visual standards are being met and provide feedback and recommendations for improvements.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously innovate and enhance visual displays and merchandising techniques.
  6. Manage and maintain visual merchandising budgets, including allocation of resources and materials.
  7. Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal and promotional displays, ensuring timely execution and compliance with visual standards.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials and props for visual displays.
  9. Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards, and ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  10. Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in all visual merchandising activities.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and a commitment to excellence amongst the visual merchandising team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Visual Merchandising, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Delegate Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Understanding Of Current Fashion Trends And Ability To Translate Them Into Visually Appealing Displays.

  • Proficiency In Design Software And Technology, Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Digital Merchandising Tools.
