This position requires a highly organized individual who is detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors. The successful candidate will also have a demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to maintain accurate records. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee vendor paid activities, tracking and reconciling all related vendor payments and ensuring accuracy of records.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely payments.
  3. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
  5. Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure that vendor objectives are met.
  6. Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess vendor performance.
  7. Provide guidance and support to vendors and internal departments when needed.
  8. Develop and maintain effective communication with vendors and internal teams.
  9. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure vendor payments are properly tracked and managed.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in order to maintain efficient processes.
