  1. Oversee and manage the performance of the sales and customer service team.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and senior management to create a seamless and positive customer experience.
  6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to sales targets, customer service standards, and inventory management.
  8. Resolve customer escalations and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock loss.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  11. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Stay updated on Macy's promotions, events, and initiatives to effectively promote and drive sales.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and customer service campaigns.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to improve sales and customer service strategies.
  15. Prepare and present sales and customer service reports to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Manager, Sales And Customer Service At Macy's Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Manager, Sales And Customer Service At Macy's, It Is Essential To Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills. This Includes The Ability To Handle Difficult Customers, Resolve Conflicts, And Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For All Customers.

  • Leadership Abilities: A Manager, Sales And Customer Service Should Possess Strong Leadership Abilities And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates. This Includes Setting Clear Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Positive Work Environment.

  • Product Knowledge: In Order To Effectively Sell Macy's Products, A Manager, Sales And Customer Service Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Trends, Promotions, And The Ability To Make Product Recommendations To Customers.

  • Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Manager, Sales And Customer Service At Macy's. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Such As Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.
