  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make recommendations for improving sales and customer service strategies.
  11. Prepare and present reports on sales and customer service performance to senior management.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  14. Represent Macy's in a professional and positive manner at all times.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: The Retail Industry Is Constantly Changing, And A Successful Manager At Macy's Should Be Able To Adapt To These Changes And Be Flexible In Their Approach.
