  1. Lead a team of sales associates and customer service representatives to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business and increase revenue.
  3. Motivate and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
  5. Continuously train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  6. Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
  7. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and operations, to maximize sales and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  9. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales and customer service strategies.
  11. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide sales and customer service policies and procedures.
  12. Monitor and manage department budget, expenses, and inventory levels.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  14. Represent the company at events and interact with customers to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  15. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
