Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In Sales And Customer Service
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Conflicts.
