  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer service experience.
  2. Lead and manage the Sales and Customer Service departments, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  3. Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales and customer service associates to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
  6. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting or exceeding goals.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Merchandising, to develop and execute successful sales and customer service initiatives.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Manage and allocate resources, such as staffing and budget, to achieve business goals.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates, insights, and recommendations with senior management.
  15. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills.
