Job Description

As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sales and customer service teams, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and our sales goals are met.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer service experience.
  2. Train and mentor sales and customer service team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve overall performance.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  5. Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless operations and achieve overall business objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Analyze sales and customer service data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  8. Set and track sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
  9. Oversee inventory management and ensure products are displayed and stocked effectively.
  10. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  11. Conduct regular meetings with team members to communicate goals, expectations, and provide updates on performance.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competition to continuously improve operations and strategies.
  13. Prepare and present reports on sales and customer service performance to senior management.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  15. Create and maintain a culture of exceptional customer service and sales focus among team members.
