  11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with inquiries and product recommendations.
  12. Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure product availability.
  13. Plan and execute sales events and promotions to attract and retain customers.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and build brand loyalty.
  15. Participate in hiring and onboarding of new sales associates and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
