- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Manage and control inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
- Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates, reports, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes and procedures.
- Represent Macy's brand and values in all interactions with customers and team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Customer Service Management Role
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Sales And Customer Service Associates
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Problem-Solving Skills
Proficiency In Sales And Customer Service Software And Systems, Such As Crm And Pos Systems.
