  10. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and improve the overall customer experience.
  12. Create schedules and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  14. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, policies, and procedures.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Customer Service Management Role.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Train A Team.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Strategies And Customer Service Techniques.

  • Proficient In Using Crm Software And Other Sales Management Tools.
