- Ensure that all team members adhere to Macy's customer service standards and policies.

- Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.

- Manage inventory and merchandise displays to maximize sales potential.
- Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular reports on sales and customer service performance.

At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team To Meet Sales Goals And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Employees At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques And Strategies.
Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
