  1. Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Implement and maintain sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Train and develop sales and customer service associates to enhance their skills and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and high-performance.
  6. Set and enforce customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  7. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and sales techniques.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service throughout the store.
  9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and improve overall performance.
  11. Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed in an appealing manner to maximize sales.
  12. Create and maintain sales reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.
  15. Collaborate with the hiring team to recruit and onboard new sales and customer service associates.
