  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase sales.
  2. Lead and motivate sales and customer service teams to achieve performance goals.
  3. Train and onboard new team members on customer service and sales techniques.
  4. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  5. Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  9. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform business decisions.
  12. Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to communicate updates and expectations.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  14. Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure an attractive and organized sales floor.
  15. Attend and actively participate in company meetings and conferences.
