Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Customer Service, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Train, Motivate, And Manage A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.
