  1. Oversee a team of sales associates and customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high-performing and customer-focused team.

  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends, sharing insights and training with team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing personalized service and building customer loyalty.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the buying team to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a safe and ethical work environment.
  12. Recruit and onboard new team members, conducting interviews and training to ensure a strong and qualified team.
  13. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute sales and customer service goals, regularly reporting on progress and proposing strategies for improvement.

Job Qualifications
