  • Oversee and manage the sales and customer service team to ensure they are delivering exceptional service to customers
  • Set and communicate sales goals and targets for the team and monitor their progress towards achieving them
  • Train and develop team members to improve their sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Foster a positive and customer-centric work culture within the team
  • Act as a role model for the team by providing excellent customer service and promoting brand values
  • Handle customer escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and operations, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain schedules for the sales and customer service team to ensure adequate coverage during peak shopping hours
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve the customer experience and drive sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Customer Service, Preferably In A Retail Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Proven Experience In Managing And Motivating A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Build Relationships With Customers.
