  1. Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service associates to achieve departmental sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and increase profitability.
  3. Train and mentor sales and customer service associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, as well as current industry trends and competitors.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to promote growth and development.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service strategies.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
