Job Description

Macy's is looking for a talented Manager, Sales and Customer Service to join our team and lead our sales and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in sales, customer service, and team management. They will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping our customers and employees succeed. Our Manager, Sales and Customer Service must possess a friendly and professional demeanor, with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition to the qualifications listed below, the successful candidate must be a creative thinker who is passionate about creating a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales by motivating and training the sales and customer service teams.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  3. Monitor customer service and sales performance and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
  6. Identify customer service and sales opportunities and create plans for improvement.
  7. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Create reports and analyze data to track customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  9. Create and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Participate in recruiting and hiring of sales and customer service personnel.
