  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of omnichannel operations for the company.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and seamless operations across all channels.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure high-quality customer service is delivered.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
  5. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve omnichannel operations.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
  11. Work closely with the customer service team to address any customer concerns or issues.
  12. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all channels.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  14. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize productivity.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and employee growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In An Omnichannel Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Fulfillment Processes, Including Inventory Management, Logistics, And Order Fulfillment.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience With Relevant Software Systems, Such As Erp And Wms.
