- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all channels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In An Omnichannel Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Fulfillment Processes, Including Inventory Management, Logistics, And Order Fulfillment.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience With Relevant Software Systems, Such As Erp And Wms.
