  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of omnichannel operations for Macy's, including online, in-store, and mobile platforms.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure a seamless and integrated shopping experience for customers across all channels.
  3. Monitor and analyze omnichannel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and IT, to drive omnichannel initiatives and maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Lead and develop a team of omnichannel associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in omnichannel retail, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies and processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Manage inventory levels and fulfillment processes to meet customer demand and drive sales.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and drive customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In Omnichannel Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, And Logistics.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, With Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions To Improve Operational Efficiency And Customer Experience.
