Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Position.
Strong Understanding Of Omnichannel Operations And Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Using Technology To Optimize Omnichannel Processes.
