  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for omnichannel operations that align with Macy's overall business objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of omnichannel operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
  3. Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions to increase efficiency and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of omnichannel initiatives across departments.
  5. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in omnichannel retail to continuously improve Macy's omnichannel strategy.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and business partners.
  8. Monitor and manage the budget for omnichannel operations, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  11. Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
  12. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks in omnichannel operations and develop solutions to address them.
  13. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on omnichannel operations and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Operations, With A Focus On Omnichannel Operations.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Logistics.

  • Experience With Implementing And Optimizing Omnichannel Strategies, Such As Buy Online Pick Up In Store (Bopis) And Ship From Store (Sfs).
