- Ensure consistency and coherence in customer experience across all channels, including online, in-store, and mobile.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage and train a team of omnichannel associates to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In A Multi-Channel Or Omnichannel Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management, Logistics, And Customer Service Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Operational Efficiencies And Meeting Financial Targets.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
