- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle any customer concerns related to merchandising and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage and oversee the execution of special events and promotions.
- Work closely with store leadership to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sales goals are met.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Demonstrated Experience In Retail Merchandising: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising, Preferably In A Department Store Setting. This Includes Experience In Setting Up Displays, Managing Inventory, And Executing Visual Merchandising Strategies.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful Manager, Merchandise Execution Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Merchandising Associates. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Clear Direction, And Motivate Team Members To Meet Goals And Deadlines.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills: This Role Requires Managing Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously, So The Candidate Should Have Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Adapt To Changing Priorities.
Knowledge Of Retail Industry Trends And Competition: To Be Successful In This Role, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Current Trends, Customer Preferences, And Competition. This Will Help Them Make Informed Decisions On Visual Merchandising Strategies And Product Placement.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Manager, Merchandise Execution Will Be Working Closely With Various Teams, Including Buying, Planning, And Store Operations.
