Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful Manager, Merchandise Execution At Macy's Must Have Experience Leading And Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others.
Retail Merchandising Experience: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Merchandising Principles, Including Product Placement, Inventory Management, And Store Layout.
