Manager, Merchandise Execution

10. Continuously evaluate and improve merchandise execution processes and procedures.
11. Lead and motivate a team of merchandising associates to achieve sales and productivity goals.
12. Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure optimal product selection and availability.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandise execution decisions.
14. Communicate merchandise execution strategies and updates to all store teams.
15. Uphold a high level of visual merchandising standards to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
