- Oversee the visual merchandising of Macy's stores to ensure a visually appealing and organized shopping experience for customers.
- Develop and implement strategies for merchandise placement and presentation in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
- Train and mentor store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Collaborate with buying and planning teams to ensure proper inventory levels and placement of merchandise.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain visual standards and provide feedback to store teams.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make recommendations for merchandise placement and assortment.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and accurate execution of merchandise displays.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve visual merchandising efforts.
- Communicate with store leadership to ensure understanding and implementation of visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies in all visual merchandising activities.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Manager, Merchandise Execution At Macy's Should Possess Strong Leadership Qualities, Including The Ability To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Clear Direction, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Set Goals.
