1. Oversee and manage the execution of merchandise presentation throughout the store.
2. Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed, priced, and tagged according to company standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies for improving merchandise presentation and execution.
4. Train and supervise a team of merchandising associates to ensure consistency and efficiency in execution.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective execution of merchandise plans.
6. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or replenishing merchandise as needed.
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
8. Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards for all departments.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to make recommendations for improvement.
10. Communicate and collaborate with store management to ensure merchandise execution aligns with overall store strategy.
11. Handle and resolve any issues or concerns related to merchandise execution.
12. Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer shopping experience through merchandise presentation and execution.
13. Lead by example and foster a positive and productive work environment for the merchandising team.
14. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in merchandise execution.
15. Attend and participate in meetings and trainings related to merchandise execution and company initiatives.
