11. Foster a positive and proactive work environment for the asset protection team, promoting open communication and teamwork.
12. Respond to any emergency situations and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of all individuals involved.
13. Ensure the proper handling and documentation of any evidence collected during investigations.
14. Monitor and manage budgets and expenses related to asset protection and safety initiatives.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve asset protection policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
