Manager, Asset Protection

1. Develop and implement strategies to reduce losses and maximize asset protection.
2. Monitor store activity to identify theft or loss risks.
3. Collaborate with store and district management to ensure accurate and timely reporting of all incidents.
4. Train and manage a team of asset protection specialists.
5. Prepare and present reports on asset protection trends and losses.
6. Maintain a strong relationship with local law enforcement and other related agencies.
7. Review security-related policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date.
8. Remain current on industry trends and best practices in asset protection.
9. Develop and execute strategies to educate store personnel on asset protection.
10. Investigate incidents of theft or loss and recommend corrective action.
