Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to protect customers and employees
2. Lead investigations of any suspicious activity or theft
3. Monitor and analyze security systems and data in order to identify potential risks and issues
4. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Train and coach staff on asset protection policies and procedures
6. Liaise with law enforcement and other authorities when necessary
7. Monitor and review employee performance to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
8. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
