Manager, Asset Protection

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to protect Macy’s stores and assets.
2. Oversee the security and surveillance of Macy’s stores, including monitoring for suspicious activity and fraudulent transactions.
3. Monitor security systems and analytics to identify trends in losses and develop preventative measures.
4. Investigate incidents of shoplifting, employee theft, and other security breaches.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to security and asset protection.
6. Educate and train store personnel on security and asset protection procedures.
7. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of security personnel.
8. Create and maintain accurate records of security incidents and investigations.
9. Monitor and maintain security budgets.
10. Provide excellent customer service to store customers and personnel.
