- Utilize customer data to create personalized experiences and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor and analyze loyalty program performance and make recommendations for optimization.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Macy's, promoting the loyalty program and driving customer loyalty.
- Create and manage loyalty program communications, including emails, social media, and other channels.
- Assist in the planning and execution of loyalty program events and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve loyalty and personalization efforts.
- Work closely with customer service teams to address any loyalty program related inquiries or issues.
- Provide regular reports and insights on loyalty program performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Macy's brand, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement loyalty and personalization initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times, embodying the Macy's brand.
- Attend trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge related to loyalty and personalization marketing.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Customer Segmentation And Targeting Strategies.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Loyalty And Personalization Marketing, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Loyalty And Personalization Campaigns.
Experience With Crm Systems, Data Analysis, And Reporting Tools.
