- Drive Sales: Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell products from our leased vendor partners, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building customer loyalty.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and leased vendor partners to foster a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all products offered by our leased vendor partners in order to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
- Merchandising: Assist in the merchandising and presentation of products from our leased vendor partners, ensuring they are visually appealing and in line with Macy's standards.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish stock levels of leased vendor products, ensuring they are always available for customers to purchase.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales associates, as well as vendors, to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Problem Solving: Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, finding solutions that meet both the customer's and Macy's satisfaction.
- Adhere to Company Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and safety.
- Self-Motivation: Take initiative to identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales and improve the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.

Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Retail Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Background In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Department Store Or Specialty Retail Environment.
Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Leased Vendor Sales And Support Associate, You Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers Is Essential.
Knowledge Of Merchandise And Product Offerings: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Products And Brands Being Sold In The Leased Vendor Area. This Includes Knowledge Of The Latest Trends, Features, And Benefits Of The Products.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Leased Vendor Sales And Support Associate Requires Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written. You Will Be Working Closely With Vendors, Colleagues, And Customers, So The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Build Relationships Is Crucial.
