1. Drive Sales: The Leased Vendor Sales and Support Associate will be responsible for actively promoting and selling products from our leased vendors to customers. This includes utilizing effective sales techniques, providing product knowledge, and upselling to increase revenue.
2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and the Leased Vendor Sales and Support Associate must uphold our commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This includes greeting customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Support Leased Vendors: As a liaison between Macy's and our leased vendors, the Sales and Support Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
