1. Build and maintain relationships with leased vendors to ensure strong partnerships and successful sales.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Drive sales by utilizing product knowledge and merchandising techniques to showcase products and promote sales.
4. Demonstrate a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the retail industry to effectively meet and exceed sales goals.
5. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job, including product displays, inventory management, and customer interactions.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and provide a superior shopping experience.
