Leased Vendor Sales and Support Associate

2. Act as the primary point of contact for all leased vendor inquiries and requests.
3. Provide support and assistance to vendors in order to help them achieve success within our store.
4. Collaborate with vendors to ensure their products are displayed and marketed effectively.
5. Monitor and track vendor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
6. Communicate effectively with both vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
7. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell vendor products to customers.
8. Maintain a thorough understanding of vendor products and services to effectively assist customers and address any inquiries.
9. Assist in the organization and execution of vendor events and promotions.
10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales and customer service skills.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Macy's to vendors and customers.
12. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with vendors.
13. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the leased vendor program.
14. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to make informed decisions and recommendations.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
