1. Drive sales: Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products from leased vendors, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
2. Provide support to leased vendors: Act as a liaison between the store and leased vendors, ensuring their products are properly stocked and displayed, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
3. Maintain a strong knowledge of products: Stay informed about the products offered by the leased vendors in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, listen to their needs and provide personalized recommendations, handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
5. Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with both customers and leased vendors to foster loyalty and drive sales.
6. Assist with visual merchandising: Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure leased vendor products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
7. Stay updated on industry and fashion trends: Keep up to date with industry and fashion trends to provide customers with the latest styles and products.
8. Handle transactions: Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain cash registers and POS systems.
9. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive shopping experience for customers.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: Follow all Macy's policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
