Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate

Welcome to Macy's! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner. As a Support Associate, you will assist with the fulfillment of online and in-store orders, as well as the receiving and processing of new inventory. • Process and fulfill online and in-store orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and process new inventory, including unpacking, labeling, and organizing merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any order or inventory inquiries
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while handling and moving merchandise
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues to management
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Follow company policies and procedures for handling and processing returns
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including product features and benefits, to assist customers with inquiries
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for more efficient operations
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Support other areas of the store as needed, including customer service, sales, and merchandising.
