1. Accurately receive, process, and deliver merchandise to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
2. Ensure all merchandise is received and processed in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while receiving and processing merchandise.
4. Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage and prioritize workload.
5. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure availability of products.
6. Follow company policies and procedures to accurately process and track merchandise.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to fulfillment and receiving.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to merchandise receiving and processing.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of all team members and customers.
10. Adhere to safety and security guidelines to protect company assets and prevent loss.
11. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
12. Stay updated on product knowledge and departmental changes to accurately process merchandise.
13. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
