
Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate

- Assist with fulfillment process: The Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate will be responsible for assisting with the fulfillment process, including picking and packing items for shipment, preparing orders for delivery, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support receiving process: This role will also involve supporting the receiving process, which includes receiving merchandise, verifying accuracy of shipments, and documenting any discrepancies.
- Maintain organization: The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining organization in the fulfillment and receiving areas, ensuring that all items are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
- Attention to detail: The Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate will be expected to have a keen eye for detail, carefully checking orders and shipments for accuracy and identifying any potential issues.
- Customer service: As a representative of Macy's, this role will require providing exceptional customer service to all customers and addressing any concerns or inquiries related to fulfillment and receiving processes.

Customer Service Skills: As A Support Associate, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills To Assist Customers With Inquiries And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
