1. Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
2. Receive and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure quality and accuracy.
3. Organize and maintain inventory in the fulfillment and receiving areas.
4. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
5. Utilize proper procedures for packaging, labeling, and shipping of orders.
6. Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or damaged merchandise.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any order issues or concerns.
8. Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures.
9. Follow all established procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
11. Assist in training new team members on fulfillment and receiving processes.
