Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate

1. Assist with the fulfillment and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to customers.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
3. Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy and quality of items.
4. Prepare merchandise for shipment by packaging, labeling, and ensuring proper documentation.
5. Communicate any discrepancies or issues with shipments to the appropriate team members.
6. Assist with inventory management, including conducting inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
7. Collaborate with team members to fulfill online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns regarding orders and shipments.
9. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store merchandise.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
11. Continuously strive to improve processes and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
12. Complete other duties as assigned by management.
